MF 150 power steering

I've this tractor for 2yrs pwrsteering never worked. Early on filled unit w/ fluid, didn't work. Leaked out. Looking to get it working.
Can these units be rebuilt or buy new? Do you think hydraulics were damaged by driving it dry?

Do you know where the leak is ? At the cylinder, control spool or pump. If there is NO visible leak, then the shaft seal on the pump is gone and the oil is ending up in the engine. If the leak is at the cylinder or spool we can move on from there. You may have trashed the pump running it dry, time will tell.

Several pictures have been posted in the past. I have some pictures somewhere. Have a new computer running windows 8.1 and am learning how to use it. I liked the old XP system better than this.
