MF 35 Hard Steering

I have a 1961 MF 35 that has power steering. The problem is that I don't think it is working or there may be another problem. My Dad had an old TO 30 that I grew up driving. It did not have power steering and was easier to turn than my tractor. It does not make any noise turning, it just is very hard to turn the steering wheel when driving. There is fluid in the pump. Any help?

sometimes they need the air removed Turn the steering wheel all the way in one direction in till it stops hold it there for a second or two do the same the other way it may take a few times lets hope that's it.

is everything greased? they can get pretty tight.

I have greased everything that I could find a fitting for.
