Massey Harris No 28 Plow

I have found an old plow in the trees and there is still lettering on the beams indicating that its a 28. What I am wondering is did they make these available with hydraulic lift? This plow has brackets to connect a cylinder to that look too good to have been cobbled together. Also there is no sign of a ground driven lift mechanism anywhere. It does have cut down wheels with rubber on the front with a rim made for rubber in the rear. Could this be a factory plow or just a good mixing of other parts? Thank you for any help. BT

Hi BT, The 28 plow came out in 1939. Then in 1951
a hyd lift option became avail. Then in 1952 a
rubber tire option was avail.(non castering) If
you buy it and need a parts book I have one reas.
