Hey all, I"m fittin to pull the 274 into the shop sometime tomorrow weather permitting and see if I can"t get my tractor issues sorted.
My 274 4wd diesel has what I assume to be a brake adjustment issue. When the machine is going forward the left rear brake locks up (happens mostly under no load conditions like going downhill or when a trailer surges forward). When this happens you have to reverse the tractor about an inch or so and she"ll roll forward again until however long and than she"ll lock up again.
The second issue is a clicking noise. When the tractor is in any reverse gear, in either 2wd or 4wd at any and every speed, it makes a clicking noise. Not sure if these problems are related.
