massey 44 propane?!?!

not sure if I"ve just never heard of one, but there"s what looks to be a fairly complete 44 propane on e bay. are these rare?

Hi, They were sold new with propane(sometimes
called butane) Not many sold by Dlrs in Mn. but
more in some areas. Chuck

if I'm lookin at the same one that you are on e-bay, that looks to be a dealer/farmer conversion by looking at the instrument panel, and my 44 special hood does not have the rib near the fuel tank. I'm not sure, but they prolly made some factory 44 LP's. I have 2 44 special LP's...

Michael, I'm not looking at ebay. Of course there
were many conversions.But I have seen new factory
propane and my original parts book shows them.
You probably meant to respond to gearhead.Chuck
