1994 MF3670 hydraulics

Don't know if anyone can help, I had to change my hydraulic pump as the high flow side decided to disintegrate. Got the pump changed no problem, hen after reassembling everything, i started the tractor up, but now i have no low flow functions (MFD, PTO, Powershift etc) steering/remotes appear to work correctly (haven't done a flow test on the remotes), but my gearbox oil pressure light is still on and the dynashift lights are all lit up indicating a hydraulic pressure issue.

Any ideas?? Is there something that needs to be bled perhaps - i know the brakes do and they are fed of the same low flow circuit. And if something needs bled, how do i do it?? I have a genuine MF workshop manual, but it doesn't indicated that things need bled after pump/filter change, although the owners manual says to bleed the hydraulics after changing the filters (but doesn't say how to do it!)

Thanks and i hope someone can help!

update:

Apparently had a bad electrical connection somewhere... undid all the connectors on the rh side plate, and reconnected them again and now everything work just great.... dang electrical gremlins...
