I need to clean the hydralic filter on this tractor. Looking for some direction as how to do it.Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

Don't try to clean it, they do not cost very much and you have to drain all of the hydraulic fluid to get them out. There should be a housing on the bottom of the tractor with, I believe, 3 bolts in it. The filter is installed vertically above the 3 bolt cap.

You can wash it out with solvent and think it is clean but it will not be. I have done that on a 250 and had to drain it all back out to put in a new strainer/filter.

On the tractor I am talking about, the lift would leak down as the engine rpm increased, due to lack of oil supply.

What are you symptoms?
