202 work bull lift does not want to lower , it takes a while to come down even with weight on it. It goes up just fine though any input would be appreciated !

It would be beneficial to know what lead up to this or if you just bought it and it was like this.
Off the top of my head I'd say things like controls out of adjustment or a bad control valve. Usually when things don't work it's lifting, not lowering. Also, make sure the draft control lever (the shorter of the two) is not set up too high.
I'm assuming also that you are talking about the 3 point hitch lift.

Is the response control lever set to the slowest setting? Maybe you caught it accidentally with your boot?
