What lube to use when reassembling injector pump

I finally decided to go thru my injection pump on my 175. I got tired of the constant drip drip drip. It was leaking from where to the two bodies join together so I had no choice but to tear it down. I found a manual online and it says to use Shell Calibration Fluid C. I've never heard of that and have no clue where you would even find it. What do you guys use? Thanks for all the help.

(quoted from post at 03:37:58 09/20/13) STP or anything you like that's slick to lube O rings with works well.

I've got some engine assembly lube so I'll use that. Not the grease kind but the slick red looking stuff that you put in bearings and camshafts. Dieseltech I have saw where you have posted the settings for the spring on the injection pumps. Somebody had been into this pump before me and I would like to know if they put the spring back in the right place. My Massey dealer said they do not have a book that tells them what the settings are. Could you tell me? The pump number is 3241F360 LS63/900/6/2160 1824RP. I took pics of where it is set at now.
