When I was very young I used to ride around on a grey ferguson tractor that looked very much like a Massey Ferguson 35. It was a dark grey in colour, had chrome ferguson emblems on either side of the hood. I don't know the model,,was it a TO 35 possibly? Did it have the same engine as a Massey Ferguson 35 ? Could someone help identify the model as I have foundone and want to be sure it is the same as I first rode on

My 1957 to-35 ferguson was painted cream and gray from the factory.

So guess the tractor you are talking about is older than 1957.

Could it have possibly been a Ferguson FE35?, noticed you used the English version grey and not the U.S. version gray, where are you from?

You caught me,,I am from just north of Toronto in Ontario Canada. Grey instead of gray,,,bad habit.
I am going to check out the FE 35,,that may be the tractor I am searching for

You are like us, from a British Commonwealth Country so there is a fair chance it could be a British made FE-35.
They were painted Stoneleigh Grey with a Bronze chassis and fitted with a Standard Motor Co engine.
