Where to add oil

on a 73 mf industrial with perkins diesel where do you add oil. Just got this beast and needs oil. Not hard to tell I know nothing about diesel engines. Any help appreciated, Thanks

You don't like to give out much info do you? The model would be nice since I told you it's either a 30 or 40. If you have no experience with a diesel or this tractor, you really should get an operators manual for it. On a 40 the oil fill is at the front of the engine under the injection pump. There is a round cap about 1 1/2" that unscrews half a turn. Not sure where it is on a 30 but shouldn't be too hard to find. Might be in the same place.
