that plate with the 2 bolts in it right over the elbow on that line has to be remove and you bolt your controls right to that(spindle valves)then run all you lines of course. not sure if the controls came with the loader but if the didn't just google massey spindle valves/controls and you should find what you need. I put a single spindle with return on my 50 for a snow blade and it bolts right on.

I appreciate the reply. The controls are mounted on the loader. The loader has hydraulic hoses running from it. I looked some more last night and it looks like maybe there is another hydraulic port on the other side of the plate from my current hose hooked up. It also looked like there might be a port up under the seat. Is any of that correct?

Thanks,
Stuart

might be, or they might just be ports to return fluid, pressurized fluid comes from your pump right up to that plate with the 2 bolts, theres also a return port under that plate. start your machine and crack the other ports slightly and see if fluid comes out under pressure. How many hoses do you have coming off the loader?

Two hoses are coming from the loader, so I figured I need one pressurized and one return, so it seems like I might be covered.

Yes and as stick welder mentioned you need a selector valve which is bolted to that cover once removed, that switches pressure from your 3pt to your loader plumbing..almost forgot about that, its been a long time and spindle valves which bolt direct to the cover have that selector built in..but simply put, yes you need pressurized fluid going to your controller and you need a return line to send fluid back to the pump.
