Massey furgeson 1150 steering

I have a MF 1150 the power steering valve box I just replaced with a factory retro fit and the shop manual said not to bleed the hydraulics but to function back and forth I had no movement after 15 minutes of functioning I also ran the three point as well which works great the steering after i finally blead at the input side of the steering motor and filled the fluid and after functioning for 10 minutes it got a lot stiffer and has about 1/16 of a turn both ways. What can I do to get full steering back?
 
Grease the front spindles. we had a guy haul his tractor to our shop one time. That is all it needed. It was not fun getting it to take grease. we had 2 blow tourches on it. It steered real easy after that.
 
Your tractor has a close center hyd system and like any tractor that has power steering and a hyd system on the same pump, for safety reasons it has a priority valve.this insures steering is supplied first and any oil supply left feeds the rest of the machine. to make a long story short. your priority valve is sticking or the spring is broken. this being said. a close center system has ta have stand-by pressure and charge pressure. probable not one of you issues.but don"t go messing with the screws on the pump unless you know what you are doing , and then it"s a good idea to get an expert to watch him.
