I usually cut my own gaskets for the round side cover plates and for the two pump locating pins and usually buy the top cover gasket because of its size. I would not use silicone. Before installing the top cover you should check the adjustment of the quadrant linkages. Easier to do it now than find out it doesn't work right after its installed.

Yes i have been doing some reading, and I should adjust the quatrand linkage, looks a little complicated, i am trying to find a video that would show how to do this, i found one but it"s from the UK, need a special dvd player.

Thnx for the help guy"s

Also did not know what those 2 forks were called, until i did some reading "quadrant linkage" thnx, i am a license auto body teck, not a mechanic, but i will try anything once, also called my Massey dealer ship to see if they have a gasket kit for this, could not find one on this site! Maybe i am not looking at the right place

This site has the top cover gaskets, see link.

It's not to complicated to adjust the linkages but you do have to follow the instructions step by step. Once you do have everything back together don't forget to set your quadrant top stop bolt correctly or the lift will raise to far and that's where something will break if the relief valve doesn't release.

While your in there make sure you replace the pressure relief valve if the rebuilt pump didn't come with one,so you don't bust the lift cylinder and cover like so many have from old failing relief valves.
