Hi,
I have adjusted every control according to the shop manual and also installed the draft control spring/celvis without any end play.
When I plough, it runs very well on flat land but as soon as the tyre jumps up the soil or something, the plough disc comes out.
I believe this part should be controlled by control spring.. and I also know its a minor problem..but please help

Thanks in advance

Hi,
Are you saying that the 3-pt linkage lifts of its own accord when the forces created by ground egagement are removed?
Before installing the spring assembly did you adjust it so that the spring was STIFF TO TURN BY HAND? When you carried out the endfloat adjustment did you have the DRAFT lever in the fully lowered position?

Hi David,
Thanks for replying. Actually my problem is that when i plough the uneven land, the disc plough goes up and down not ploughing properly and evenly. But when i plough flat even land its all fine.

I adjusted the spring like u said but forgot to fully lower the draft control when making end float adjustment. I didn't really understood the importance of putting the lever fully lowered but I will try

However, I request if you could again explain the procedures of setting endfloat and explain please.

Thanking you again for your time to help
