MF 50 adjusting rear wheels

I have the Ramp type PAVT rear adjusters. The wheels are set at the innermost position and the rim is not centered on the wheel center. How do I readjust the rims and get them to be centered? Thanks, Jim.

Scotty, Thanks for the reply. My rims only had one stop block on each side as the rim was at the end of the ramp. I am resetting them at midway so needed to get the other two stop blocks. I ordered these on this site but the stops came without pins, so I am making 2 new pins
When you reset the rim to the center disc, how do you get the rim to center on the disc? My rim acts like its bent and egg shaped. Thanks, Jim.
