This was my '58 202, also siezed, spun bearing, shot clutch and flywheel etc etc. $500. All I 'wanted' was the tires and rims... within 2 months the engine was rebuilt like a swiss watch, got a new flywheel from VT parts here, kit from the YT store- and tomorrow will begin parting out a diesel I sunk nearly 3 grand into... ques ker saw Inno? 'say la viee mon ami'... nes pas?

2nd guess. WAS going to part it, by tomorrow at this time... might be rolling again good as...better than new? If you are handy around engines, and got a manual, there is nothing out there easier to fix.
