H277 sleeves went right in my 44. I THINK M&W sleeves were also to be a drop in replacement. However, I removed a worn set of 4 5/8" sleeves (M&W overbore size) from a 55 and had to bore the block .060" to fit NOS 4 5/8" sleeves. So what Dieseltech said about later blocks having thicker sleeves may be correct. Pull your original sleeves and measure them to be sure. Good Luck. Mark G. [Reply]  [No Email]
