Guys
Sorry about the long question.......
I have a 165 with the dual aux valves on the trans cover (only one side is plumbed). The draft and position control never worked correctly. The only way to operate the the 3pt was by pulling the lever back until the arms were in the desired position then put the lever back to neutral. To lower the arms i would push the valve forward. Forward is also the position required to use the loader. Last weekend I worked through the valve synchronization steps and noticed that the spring holding the knurled adjustment screw was broken and the adjustment screw was threaded all of the way in. I made the sync adjustment and put a lock nut on the back to hold things in place. Now I can control the position of the 3pt arms with the draft control lever. Is that correct?
The second issue I now seem to have is that when I try to operate the loader the 3pt arms move to the full up position before the loader will move and the pressure to the loader seems weak/slow.
Does this indicate that the aux valves need to be rebuilt?
