Guys
I have a 165 with a gear driven PTO and aux hyd ports on the left side PTO shift lever plate. Over the winter I took this plate off. Behind it there was a flange that was held to the back of the plate with 3 allen screws. The plate lined up with aux ports.
yesterday I replaced the hyd fluid. After running the tractor for a few minutes I lost all hydraulics. When I checked the dip stick the fluid had foamed up. Not soapy but it had enough bubbles in it that it was more air than fluid.
Has anyone encountered this before? It has been cold if that helps....
Granted. Its the cheap TSC brand but this tractor is in semi retirement and only used for mowing and some loader work on the weekends so I didn't think the 25 bucks a gallon stuff was necessary.
Where to start?
