mf 39 corn plantes

got two sets of plates for my 39 2 row planter. One is 440 789 m2 the other is 440 796 m2. I want to plant sweet corn with it and need to know what plate to use. Anyone out there who can help?

The bag of sweet corn you buy should be graded and will give you a plastic plate number for a JD or IH planter. Someone MIGHT be able to cross to an MF for you then.

Hi, I have a parts book for the 39, but wouldn't
you know the page that these p/n plates are on is
missing. There are sure "tons" of plates listed
and as mentioned maybe the seed corn supplier can
help. As I remember they would furnish plates to
match the corn kernals. Chuck
