Massy 165 hydraulic valve body delete plate

Hi, we have a Massey 165 that has two remote hook ups and the valve body itself that we would like to delete so we are not tripping over it. Does anyone know where I can get the delete plate for this and is there any thing special in replacing it. As always thanks for the help/

You can see the plate you need in this photo, you do not need a gasket, just slip in the blunt blade of a knife or steel ruler to hold the stackpipe from lifting up out of the pump.(2nd pic)
