Christmas greetings from Wales

Good morning and special Christmas greetings to all of our YT friends around the world. It does not seem like a year since I posted my the last Christmas message. Here in Wales like many other places in the UK we have had torrential rain throughout the year and very recently. How has the rainfall compared in your area to previous years?
How has 2012 been for you? Has there been one particular highlight for your year? For me it was meeting a very special new lady at the beginning of November. The future looks very good.
I"m sure that our friends on YT would join me in sending our best wishes to JJ in BC for a speedy recovery from his illness and wish him and his family "all the best" for 2013.
Fergie Bach, thank you very much for your Christmas greeting and kind words. They are very much appreciated and we send you ours in return.

We wish everyone a very Happy Christmas and a Healthy and Prosperous New Year, Nadolig Llawen, Blwyddyn Newydd Dda and Joyeux Noel et Bonne Annee.

Good luck on the land in 2013

DavidP and family

You forgot Prettig kerstfeest & Gelukkig Nieuwjaar.

Though as a Yorkshireman we don't waste words and just stick to the most important. "Wishin Elth & Appiness".

Had lots of rain here as well. Horse paddock looks more like a paddy field.

Thanks for your help the last year.
Got my 135 back together after fixing various probs and it's much better. I'm planning on tackling the 165 this year - PAS, Disk Brakes and Pressure Control repair/adjustment. So I may need your advise again. Especially with the last part.

Pleased to hear your good news. Every man needs a good woman - especially when your hands are too big to fit that fiddly little nut in an inaccessible place.

All the best, Mike

Hello Mike, Merry Christmas,
Thanks for your reply and good wishes.
Babs has driven tractors and I hope will drive my 165 at least part-way on a road run at the end of January. She can carry a tractor battery as well!!!!! What more could a man want????
Re your 165; If you'd like to contact me just before you start each job I might be able to give you a few pointers and things to look for.
Best wishes to you and your family for 2013.
DavidP and family.

Thank you and greetings to you from central NY. I don't spend much time here at the MH/MF forum, but can't pass by when I see a message from overseas.
Right here we got snow just in time for a white Christmas. We had water running everywhere just days ago. Over 2" rain in the week before Christmas. That's after an inch in each of the first two weeks of Dec. But not that unusual, and not really what I would call flooding.
Got hot and dry for a spell here this summer, but crops were OK.
We have much to be thankful for. You don't have to look too far away, or too far back in history to see how good we have it. Have been reading a book about the "Glorious Revolution" in the late 1600's mainly involving England, Charles, James, William, and the "Netherlands", but of course eventually effecting most of the rest of us!

Merry Christmas David from the Canadian prairies... hope you're not under water! All the best and thanks for your help over the years.

Wishing you a Massey Christmas and a Fergie Happy New Year, David and all the rest of you on YT. Hope you were not like my neighbour David...He placed an ad in the 'Personal' column looking for a woman with a tractor and asking if she could please send a photo of the tractor!!!!!!!!
All the best....Sam
