First off, we really want a few pictures of YOUR loader... not one on ebay. Is your loader still on an Oliver? Cause... they might have used that 'wye' to power something else. It would be a nice spot to drain the sysyem without breaking a joint, and yes there should be a filter, basic thing, a screen in a can affair. I will try to remember to take a few pics of mine today. Does this one work OK?

this is my loader on the Oliver. It pauses on being raised, like it has to "recover" then raises again, pauses, raises. Looks to be way low in the reservois. I added one gallon, looks like it could hold another. I had posed a lot of questions, but the main question was model, at this point I am wondering if it is a 100 ??

Your guess is as good as mine, I don't know if model numbers mean anything.
See the little bolt under the vent cap? I fill it up to that point, but latley this one doesn't work any better than yours. I have got to get into the relief valve, which seems to be on the bottom of the 4 way, maybe next week.
