hi i would like to know if the massey harris 50 clipper pull type combine had a swinging unloading augor or the sacks you have to put under it to unload the grain

Could be either a hopper or bagger machine depending on what part of country was sold in. My area all were hopper machines, no baggers.

Like english said. there is a spout that fills the hopper. You swing it over and open the latch on bottom of tank to unload the tank into your wagon or truck. Ours had place behind the hopper for a bag to collect weed seed and foreign material in your grain. I am just going by memory. We had one my Dad brought new in the late fifties and sold in his auction in the early seventies.

After giving it some more thought I do remember our neighbor had one like ours without the tank. It had a platform with a bagger setup on it. It required a person there to bag the grain, tie the bag, and he would slid the bag down a short ramp onto the ground. They would come along afterwards with a tractor and wagon and pick them up.
