I think it is a Landini, as suggested, as it has a made in Italy plate.
The PTO control does not mount on the side under the seat like it does on the MF135 but is on a long thin lever that goes out through the back bulkhead.
There is a plate with 6 bolts under the gearbox (Shown in the far right hand of the attached photo). Do I guess that this is going to be the hiding filter"s place ?
Before I drain and drop this off, does a complete lack of pressure and no engine response one moving the levers point to a blocked filter or something more serious ?
