MF 1085 three point lift problem

I have had both hyd pumps replaced on my MF 1085 but when I put a load on the three point, it won't lift. It will lift without any load on it. Could this be an internal leak or out of adjustment. Thanks Roy

There should be a hydraulic test port where you can install a pressure gauge and see if the full spec hydraulic pressure is still achieved. If not you may have to rebuild the hydraulic pump or swap with a better pump. Should also consult a tractor hydraulics shop for ideas or a repair job.

I had the linkage come loose on mine once and had that same problem. There are the 2 flat bars bolted together and I disconnected them and pulled the linkages by hand and found that I had to shorten the linkage.

Thanks for your response. Where on the tractor do I find the linkage you refer to? How do I fix it?

the linkages are on the rt side up under the 3 pt arms, I will take a look tomorrow and give a better description
