Hi everyone, I install a new clutch about a year ago, and since then there has been a gradual increase in the clutch pulsating at the bottom of the pedal free play, (.375"-.500") when I put a little pressure on the pedal.
Before I start messing things up blindly, is there any particular adjustment to remedy this pulsing,
Also, it seems that when I do push to disengage clutch, I only need to go about .250" beyond the free play before disengagement.
Thanks,
T :) |

| My first thought would be uneven release lever height on one lever. A highish engagement and disengagement position usually lends itself to a worn drive plate. Has it always been like this since the clutch was replaced, or has it slowly snuck up on you? Let us know, Evan. |

| | Evan, I just checked release levers and your right, one was alittle out of adjustment, set it like the others and no more pulsing. As far as the drive plate, I didnt replace that part when replacing clutch, wife said we didnt have the money extra at that time,,,but it seems to be the same as when the clutch was replaced, not getting any worse, I usually take it easy as far as slipping the clutch and abusing it, so maybe it will be OK for a few years,, Thanks Evan, T |
