Has the carb been cleaned lately? More likely to need a good cleaning than an adjustment.
The idle air screw is on the side facing right and kind of up at an angle.
Also check to make sure there is sufficent fuel flow to the carburetor, possibly dirty sediment bowl screen or inlet screen in carburetor. After fuel line is removed the inlet assy just screws out. There should be a screen in there that may be plugged.

| I'd bet the carb is not the problem but the fuel flow to it.Remove the screw underneath the bowl and with cutoff valve closed, drain the bowl then turn on the fuel and monitor the flow, some compare it to a cow whizzing on a flat rock but that's a little exagerated.
