I bought a MF1045 4x4 Loader Tractor. I'm suspect in it's previous life it had a frame mounted backhoe that would normally require removal of the vertical and lower 3 point linkages. Now just a loader tractor with 3 point hitch, the hitch lower link drawbars don't seem to have enough lift. When my Yorke Brand yorke rake is on the tractor & properly leveled using the top link, the rake barely rises 6 inches off the ground/the stroke of the lift is maxed out. I'm suspect after the backhoe was pulled and vertical lift links and bottom draw links were put on to make it again a functioning Ag tractor with 3 point hitch the original parts were not used. My first thought is the vertical lift links. They are 24 Inches center pin to center pin. Anybody out there have a 1045 or similar that could tell me the proper length of the vertical links and maybe even the center to center holes on the bottom/draw links? |
