Massey 30 ind.

Hi guys-just bought a gas Massey 30 Industrial with loader and 222 backhoe.I know nothing a bout the Massey tractors.How do I know if it is a 30B or what it is.It needs brakes.Any ideas where to go for them? Big job? Thanks

This site has brake disc for a 30. You may could see if they look the same or someone may could tell with the serial# what you have.

Serial number the best I could read it is 9AT09556.Thanks guys

A 30 is bigger than a 30B. Pretty easy to tell the difference. A 30 should have a 4-212 Perkins gas engine and an MF 34 loader. I think a 30B has a Continental gas engine and an MF34A loader. I don't think a 222 is an original backhoe for a 30 though. I think they could be equipped with an MF52 or MF54 backhoe. Check what engine it has and which loader. The Perkins might say on the intake manifold.
