Disconnecting front loader

Need to remove the front loader from my mf65 so I can make some repairs on it. My grandpa rolled it over years ago and twisted up some. Id like to remove the cylinders and everything, but Im wondering what to do about the hydraulic lines? Do I remove them at the control lever and plug the hole with a pipe plug? I'd like to still be able to run the tractor in the meantime, otherwise I would just let the hoses hang free.

You can probably take them off at the valve and put
a plug in their place. just make sure you don't move
the valve. What tractor is it and is the loader ran
from the internal tractor hyds. or a front pump?

It's a 65, and the pump is internal. I'd like to do some work on the loader, so I just wanted to double check before I started pulling stuff off it.
