Engine Block Heater for MF 850 Combine

I have a MF 850 combine that I want to put an engine block heater in. Has anyone done this? Some MF tractors use the same 354 Perkins engine. Will the same heater work on the combine and where can I find these heaters? Any info appreciated. Thanks.

Thanks for the info. My combine is at my Dad's place right so I can't look at the engine, so I am wondering where to install this heater. Is it on the side of the block, in the head or somewhere else? Knowing where to look will help me determine how much work this will be to install. Since it has 3/4 threads, I assume there will be a plug that I need to remove.
