I'll give you a little info on your seat. I went to a old cast iron seat collectors book that I have & realized it was a 1985 book but I looked it up anyway & found it is a #601 So then I googled # 601 cast iron seat & found that you have posted a question & picture with the Cast Iron Seat Collectors. (hopefully someone will answer you). Now you need to understand that there are seats with manufactures names on them & seats without manufactures names on them. Both being numbered for identification. DO NOT mistake this seat as a #601 with a manufactures name because it is NOT. It is #601 without a manufactures name. I hope I'm not confusing you but it now gets more complicated. Like I said my book is a 1985 or #IV. Prior to my book there was a #III, #II, & a #I With all these prior books showing your seat with a different #. Now I would GUESS that since 1985 there have been many updates & additions & # changes to this book. So is your seat still #601 with no manufactures name. I doubt it. Sorry I couldn't help you with some more current info. Gerald

I will also add that is your seat rare? I doubt it. Rare in Cast Iron Seat Collecting is less than 5 known to exist. Most if not all high $$$ seats have a manufactures name on them. I have NEVER seen a un named seat bring big money. I'm not trying to ruin your day I'm just passing on what I know.
