I have an old John Deere sign hanging in my shop. Not looking to sell it but my insurance agent is wanting to know a value for my policy. Tried doing researching online but wasn't able to find much.

(quoted from post at 12:07:02 01/18/15) I can't help on the value, but that logo was used from 1968 to 2000.

Good luck,

Stan

Thank you as I didn't know what years this logo was used for.

Might want to try calling an Auctioneer. They
might be able to give you an insurance value
estimate. Cornwell in NE and Girard in SD do quite
a bit of farm toy and memorabilia selling.

I have one just like that I am going to try and
sell next month at the local tractor show. Feature
tractor is John Deere. I'll let you know what kind
of offers I get

That would be great if you would let me know. Thank you!! Good luck at the tractor show.

Just checking back in to see if you were able to get any information at the tractor show this month. Thank you!!!

I didn't get a lot of interest in the sign even with
all the John Deere people there. I had a price of
$950 on it and had no offers. I ended up trading to
a friend of mine for a Browning shotgun that has a
value of around $800

Thank you for letting me know. So is it safe to assume mine is worth $800???
