What model pedal tractor are you trying to mount a loader to? A couple of the last diecast ERTL tractors had them. They were plastic though and broke very easily.
About a page down in the posts is a picture of the one that I built from scratch. All aluminum except the bucket. Bolted to the factory holes. If you are mechanically inclined, you can make one.
