I have a narrow front 900 series Ford maybe 1/8 or 1/16 scale tractor. Can anyone help me i.d. this toy. I asked the toy dealer at the Tunica Pull, and he said he had never seen one. I wonder if this was a dealer "giveaway"? Thanks for any help, doorman

It should be 1/12th scale. The story supposedly behind the use of the odd scale is that the Ford 9N-2N-8N series tractor were smaller than the competition and Henry Ford did not want the toy tractors to show the difference, so he had them built in the larger 1/12th scale as compared to 1/16th of everyone else.

Thanks for the reply. I'm not sure of the scale, but it is somewhere in that size range. There is no marking or manufacturer names on it that I can find. It has a lever operated three point hitch so it must have come with attachments. Thanks again, doorman
