PTO clutch failed. I I had the flywheel surfaced. I installed a new clutch assembly from hy capacity and adjusted with the special gauge. Trans clutch is adjusted fine. The PTO release bearing is slightly touching the fingers and bearing is spinning with the handle all the way back. The PTO shaft is not turning when the handle is all the way back. PTO engages properly. Is this normal?
