4440 clutch

How does a clutch in a 4440 act when its shot? Mine quit releasing when you step on the pedal but you can stop it with the brakes . But you cant shift

I think you need to check clutch pressure which should be 155-165 psi. It sounds as if seals on clutch operating piston have failed.

160 lbs at idle and 0 when clutch is pushed . So it will need to split.
