plumbing a 148 loader direct on a 2630?

trying to bypass the scv valve so i can use the remotes and speed up the loader, does anyone know how to do this and the part #'s , i cant figuire it out from j.d's parts book.

Tee into the pressure line that goes to the scv at the pressure control valve. Return line tee into the ported filter cover.

Return oil from loader back to tractor via this ported cover. The oil supply for the loader is an ordianary "T" in the line supplying the SCV .
You will be pleasantly surprised at the increase in loader speed and how much less hydraulic noise there is.

The ported filter cover you show is not listed to fit the 2630 although I think it will. This is the PFC listed for a 2630.

Old thread, but I just bought an old loader for my 2630.

Tee in pressure line before or after pressure control valve?

Attach FEL valve supply(in) hose to orifice behind pressure control valve.

So basically, since my scv already returns to the ported filter cover, I can T into the 2 lines going to scv. Supply from pressure control valve and return to filter cover.

Will make for a clean install.
