While this post is a year old, I may have a tip to help your tractor to start. I have the same tractor type and noticed how hard it was to start.
It's not the coil, the wires, the plugs, the LP Gas regulator ( unless it's leaking) nor the starter motor unless it has been badly overheated.
You have a hydraulic lock. Just behind the LP Gas tank is a hole towards the ground. In this hole is a petcock. This petcock allows / stops the flow of hydraulic fluid to the pump. Close it off ( clockwise) and there will be no hydraulic lock for the starter motor to overcome. The engine will spin much faster than normal, and on my tractor, it starts almost instantly.
Open the petcock, and all the hydraulics work normally.
While a little inconvenient to do each start up it saves the starter motor and has worked every time for me.
