467 Baler Question for Tx Jim

Neighbour has a 467 which has started applying surface wrap before the bale is full. It often happens when turning on the headland which would make me think its a harness issue so I have told them to inspect that. It did it once in the middle of a pass but it is a very rough pasture they are baling.
Net starts but actuator does not move through a full cycle. Work fine (full cycle) with manual wrap button

Netwrap application is basically controlled by monitor. I would suggest to try utilizing a different monitor. I suppose a wiring harness with frayed insulation on wires could cause netwrap to start prematurely but I have my doubts. Does bale size indicator show correct bale size?

Maybe someone with more experience than I will reply

I did verify the bale size indicator as I understand its input is required for the monitor. I still lean to a harness issue as it has been "repaired" in the past. I knew the original home of this baler and it was not a happy place:)
Thanks for your input

I attached monitor lead directly to alternator on a 30 and 40 series jd tractor and seem to solve some issues I've had...not implying this will help in this situation.
