Are there any tricks to do be for start up on a New / Reman frt pump replacement.. All filters & fluids have been drained & replaced?
This system has been apart/open for about 2 weeks.

Many hyd pumps have been replaced to determine that the pump that was replaced was not the problem. Closed-center hyd problems require very good diagnostic procedures to determine the cause.

It had a low idle knock, just alittle throttle the knock would go away. Hydraulics became very poor & then
to nothing. I was told it had flow to the frt pump. When moved it inside to remove the pump it had Zero Hydraulics.
Pump removed to have it rebuilt, the man I took it too, who worked for Deere looked at it, checked a few
things & said I can rebuild it , but it won't last & he recommended a replacement. Tractor has Boat load
of hours & runs great, always has. Rebuilt the engine @ 13K now has 15.5 hours. Should have traded it 4
years ago, shoulda coulda woulda......

How many GPM flow from the transmission up to the front pump.

I have replaced the Pump, haven't started the tractor, replaced all the filters & filled all the levels. I've put HyTran into the top of the pump & cranked
the engine over with Fuel off & refilled the pump again. Just wondering if there is anything else I should be for I attempt to start it? I normally work on
older stuff. All I know it had nothing to start with, & the pump that I removed took a whole lot of effort to turn it over on the bench & had 2 real tight spots..

There is no need to prime the front pump. It is pressure supplied and by design has little to no ability to “draw” oil in. As long as there is enough oil inside it to lubricate the moving parts , she’s fine .

well I cross my fingers last night & started the tractor. Within 10 seconds I had steering & brakes, Hi/Lo works for the trans & PTO seems to Lock up & Work.
But Have NO 3 Point.. Later I tried a Hydraulic Cylinder , it worked. I tapped on few thinks with a educational Hammer. Then noticed the Lines to
the loader , one under pressure & the other not.. Shut down & took the pressure off, got some air & when I restarted the 3 point wet up & now won't go down.
Will reinstall the loader & just work it through the paces & see what happens. It has sat for over 6 months, seems to have moisture in the HyTran oil. Hopefully
something is just stuck or sticking.. But nice part is I have No Leaks!!

There is an adjustment on the drop rate of the rockshaft. There may have been some random tinkering by the operator that closed it off .
The supply line to the loader is supposed to have 2250psi on standby. The return line from the loader valves back to ported transmission filter should not have flow from the loader valves when the loader is not being used . It will have about 175psi of back pressure from the transmission pump.
