Need help identification of diesel fuel pump and replacement

Hi everyone,

I was just looking for some help and any feedback or points in the right direction would be much appreciated!

We have an old tractor at our worksite that we use but the diesel fuel pump needs replacing, just wondering whether it's still possible to get a part like this?

I've attached photos of both the identification on the tractor and the pump itself, these are the numbers on the pump if they cannot be seen.

Roosa Master
Serial number: 129190
Model BBO: 33 - 12AL
RRPM 500
MFG no: AT29735

Any help would be super appreciated, please let me know if you need anymore info.

Upon WHAT are you basing the statement that the diesel pump "needs replacing"?

Stanadyne has a network of independant service centers that lilwly can overhaul yout pump.

Find a diesel shop in your area that is Stansdyne approved.certified.

I am asking on behalf of the mechanics at work, they asked me, I can find out why they believe the pump needs to be completely replaced.

However, It's a pretty old loader as you can see and they'd determined that, that was the problem. I think they'd asked around a few places but we're in Australia and I believe parts are perhaps harder to come by than in the U.S

Welcome to YT
Parts were discontinued for that pump a long time back. Substitute pump & associated parts are shown below

AT29735 FUEL INJECTION PUMP (ROOSA-MASTER NO. CBC633-12AL)

(SUB. AR69827 FUEL INJECTION PUMP, AR69811 ADAPTIVE KIT, T35277 SPEED CONTROL ROD, AR49908 FUEL LINE AND AR49915 LEAK-OFF LINE, THIS APPLICATION)

That pump has seal kits still available if it runs, but leaks. Most hard parts for that pump are obsolete for years. Not many guys around now that know how to repair it, I still see maybe two a year. Best in the long run to update engine with a JDB pump and lines set, and even that may need to come from a parts yard engine..

Parts were discontinued for that pump several years ago,but there are still shops here that can
rebuild them, but it will be spendy. Your other choice would be to change over to a newer style pump
and lines. Alot of the salvage yards here sell a used pumps and lines (sorta of an upgrade kit) to
replace that pump and get you going again. Here is one [email protected] phone 717-

Few years ago shop in Red Oak Iowa
exchanged pumps on my 4000 with that style.
Spencer Iowa also could have but wife had
aunt near Red Oak to visit.

Awesome, thanks a lot for all of your help.

Much appreciated so it looks like getting a newer pump to replace the old one is the best option.

I'll look into these parts (SUB. AR69827 FUEL INJECTION PUMP, AR69811 ADAPTIVE KIT, T35277 SPEED CONTROL ROD, AR49908 FUEL LINE AND AR49915 LEAK-OFF LINE, THIS APPLICATION)

As suggested and follow up the links you guys provided.

Thanks again!!
