Need to replace AC lines in cab corner 2755 SGB

Any words of wisdom on replacing the AC lines going up the cab corner on my 2755 SGB? The collective wisdom of YTers says to change all of the lines at once if there is any rust, and there is. It looks like a bear of a job.

It depends on how wide the rear wheels are set. If wide enough, you can slide the pipes down out of the post easily. If set narrower, you have to take the cover off the post so you can work the pipes out. Post cover has 3 phillips head screws on each side kind of behind the window molding. With the screws out you have to pry the cover off as it is wrapped around the post. They can be hateful especially the first time.

My tires are set pretty wide and I bought new corner covers. I am replacing all of the lines so I can cut the old ones if it makes my life simpler.

I like to remove the old lines without bending or cutting so I know how to work the new ones in without bending them.
