There isn't one in the bottom of the bowl. It's a 1/8 petcock. For other parts and diagrams go to robertscarb. (J&G Regonal Services)
 
My apologies. Right behind the petcock is the nozzle and load screw. You need the load screw and packing cone. No spring. If yours had one someone put an idle jet in there.

Roberts will have the old style and a new style.
 
I don't know Roberts. I thought this would be simple, I called it a metering screw but out of ignorance. How do I get in touch with them?
