John Deere 2010 has a miss

I upgraded my tractor to a pertronix igniter 2 to get rid of the old points. Since then its got a very noticeable miss. I have changed out the coil, ran all new wiring, changed plugs, and put in a new key switch to get rid of the resister. Also went through and tore the carb apart and cleaned everything up in case it had dirt in it. With all that being said anyone have any good ideas.

Check over the cap for a hair line crack, then pull the wire off each plug to find the one that's missing. Try a new plug to see if the old one has an internal cracked insulator, switch the plug wires as well. Next do a compression test on that cylinder, first dry and then add a little oil to the top of the piston to see if that improves the compression. That will tell you whether the piston rings or the valves may need attention.
