John Deere 694AN/494A Planter

I have a 694AN (6 row 30” planter) I would like to use next spring it seems to be in good working order but I would like to put fertilizer on it. I’m looking for parts to do this. I have boxes and augers off of a 494 but I can’t find the smaller boxes to go on the ends. I would also consider liquid if I could find it.

Are you doing this as some kind of vintage project? The end boxes are hard to find but not impossible and I would guess you will need to buy a complete planter for a
donor. The advantage with the dry is you can put down a fair amount of potash down economically which you can not do with liquid. If your potash is under control or
will broadcast spread and you are just about getting the crop in then finding a squeeze pump and tanks for liquid will be easier to under take.

I have a 290 planter with very good boxes I was going to rebuild but have since changed my mind. I rebuilt a 294 and added liquid on it. Got everything to do this at tsc. I would sell the 290 for cheap if you're interested. Location, Columbus Ohio Bill, 614 561 9454 anytime.
