Injector removal 3 179 engine

Hello, I have a JD 350C and I am trying to remove injectors.
I have removed the fuel lines and the single hold down nut on top of ejector and I can not pull them out. I put gentle pressure on them with pry bar but they are stuck hard. And I missing some "special procedure" to pull them out?
Any ideas would help. Thanks

Isn't there a hold down clamp and bolt right next to the injector and not on the top of it ?

I took that bolt out, that's what I meant when I said bolt on top.
They will not come out...

There is a injector puller. It slides on the injector and has a slid hammer to help in pulling them. I have had to pry a few out and in the process bent them which did ruin them. If you are going with new ones pry them out and throw them. I would recommend getting any new ones you buy checked before installing as some of the china ones are not right when new. Tom

I had the same problem on mine. Made an injector puller Cut a notch in angle iron that would fit under injector welded a nut on it for slide hammer a
coupla raps and it popped right out, cleaned the injector bore with hopes no 9 bore solvent and a 45 caliber bore brush works great.
