How the heck does it come off, removed 2 top bolts but can't find what else is holding it on.

Hi Kurt, not sure with an R but my 830 & 820 there are 2 bolts 3/8 X 6 inches long at the bottom of the radiator that hold the bottom of the nosecone. Be careful not to twist them off!!!!!! work them back and forth if nessacary. Good Luck.
